In the 1980s and 1990s, the US Treasury Bond pit at the Chicago Board of Trade was the center of the trading universe. It was the major league, and bond traders were the masters of the universe. Fortunes were made and lost. A few bond traders made reputations that are legendary. One of those famed traders was Charles Di Francesca, a great trader and a great guy.
